Start with safe details

Tell us your app version and build from Settings, your iOS version, the feature you were using, and the steps that led to the problem. Describe the expected and actual result without pasting the QR or barcode content.

Purchases and subscriptions

• Use Settings → Restore Purchases after reinstalling or changing device.
• Use Settings → Manage Subscription or Apple’s subscription settings to view or cancel weekly/yearly PRO.
• Offer eligibility, price and currency come directly from StoreKit. Support cannot grant trial eligibility or change Apple billing.
• Apple handles refund requests. Do not email receipts, transaction IDs or Apple Account details.

Analytics and diagnostics controls

Optional Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance and Apple Ads attribution stay off until you choose. Settings lets you decline, grant or revoke consent and reset the local choice. Revocation stops new app-side collection and purges unsent reports; it does not erase data already delivered to a provider. See the Privacy Policy.

Camera, photos and files

If scanning or importing is unavailable, check the relevant permission in iOS Settings, return to inQRedible and retry. A denied permission changes no content. Choose only the item you intend to use.

Imports, exports and print

Large or complex images and PDFs may be rejected by the app’s bounded media limits. Retry with a smaller file and keep the app open while processing. Professional files use RGB/sRGB. For print, use 100% actual size, review bleed and safe-area warnings, and test the physical result; CMYK conversion and printer/material compatibility are not provided.

Projects and history

Projects and history are local and do not cloud-sync. Recovery safeguards can repair interrupted writes but cannot guarantee recovery after app deletion, device loss or unsupported backup behavior. Avoid deleting or reinstalling the app when seeking recovery help.

Scanner warnings

Warned-link checks are available in FREE and PRO. A warning is a local informational signal, not proof that a destination is safe or unsafe. Do not open a destination you do not trust.
