Welcome to inQRedible. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using inQRedible, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

inQRedible is a mobile application that allows users to create customized QR codes with various shapes, colors, and personal logos. The app offers both free and premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions.

3. User Accounts and Purchases

• In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use inQRedible to:

• Create QR codes linking to illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

• The app, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by inQRedible and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• QR codes you create using the app are yours to use as you see fit, subject to these Terms.
• You retain all rights to any logos or images you add to your QR codes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will always be available or error-free
• All QR codes will be scannable by all devices
• The app will meet all of your requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inQRedible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
