Terms of Service
Effective August 20, 2026 · Content version legal-2.5.0-v1
1. Agreement
By downloading or using inQRedible, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not limited by these Terms.
2. The service
inQRedible creates, customizes, scans, stores and exports static QR codes and supported barcodes on iPhone. Structured QR fields follow supported formats, but interpretation and compatibility depend on the receiving scanner, device and app.
3. FREE and PRO
FREE includes basic QR creation, warned-link scanning, 1024 px export and up to three local projects. PRO adds premium designs and content types, image assets, brand kits, unlimited projects, 2K/4K and transparent PNG export, and professional PNG, SVG and PDF export. The app shows the current entitlement before applying a PRO restriction.
4. Subscriptions, offers and refunds
- Weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions are the only plans displayed for purchase in release 2.5.0.
- A three-day introductory trial may appear for the yearly plan only when StoreKit reports both that the offer is configured and that the current Apple account is eligible.
- Price, currency, offer availability and eligibility come from StoreKit at runtime and are shown before confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings; restoring purchases is available in the app.
- No lifetime purchase is displayed or sold in 2.5.0. A verified historical lifetime entitlement may continue to unlock PRO.
- Apple processes billing and decides refund requests under its applicable policies.
5. Your content and responsibility
You retain rights you hold in text, links, images, logos and other content entered in the app. You are responsible for permission to use and share that content and for checking the final destination, encoded fields and exported artifact before distribution.
6. Scanner warnings
Scanning and warned-link checks are available to FREE and PRO users. Local indicators may flag HTTP, shorteners, IP addresses or suspicious patterns, but they do not certify that a destination is safe or unsafe. Opening an external destination requires your confirmation. Assess the destination independently.
7. Local projects and recovery
Projects and history are stored locally with transactional recovery safeguards and bounded retries. inQRedible does not provide cloud sync or guaranteed recovery. Keep your own appropriate backups and verify important files after export. Deleting the app, device failure, storage pressure or operating-system behavior may affect local data.
8. Imports, exports and print
Image and PDF imports are subject to documented size, geometry, page and memory limits and may be canceled or rejected. Professional PNG, SVG and PDF exports use RGB/sRGB and supported bleed, trim and safe-area geometry. They do not provide CMYK conversion, color separation, crop marks or a guarantee for any printer, material, reader or physical scan. Print at 100% actual size, not “scale to fit,” and test the final physical piece before production.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use inQRedible to create, scan or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, misleading or harmful content, to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or to bypass security controls. You are responsible for your use of generated and scanned content.
10. Availability and changes
We may fix, update, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. StoreKit products, provider services, device capabilities and third-party readers may be unavailable or change independently. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
12. Apple services
Apple’s App Store, StoreKit, subscription-management and refund terms apply to transactions handled by Apple. Apple is not responsible for support of inQRedible; contact us through the Support page for app-specific help.
13. Changes to these Terms
Material changes will be published with a new content version and effective date. Continued use after a change means the updated Terms apply, subject to any consent or notice required by law.
14. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence. Contact support@inqredibleapp.com.
