Your work stays with you
ListoParte stores your visits, clients and properties, public and private notes, checklists, issue history, photos, handwritten signatures and consent, templates, reminders, drafts, archived PDF revisions and business profile in the app’s private storage on your device. We do not operate a server that receives this information. No account is required. Local notifications are optional, requested only when you enable a reminder and use generic text without client details. No server sends push messages.
Photos and camera
Camera access is requested only when you choose to take a photo. The system photo picker shares only the images you select. Images are resized and converted to JPEG; original GPS and other embedded metadata are not retained. The app records the date the image was added, its source and a SHA-256 fingerprint. These are not independently certified records.
No advertising or analytics
ListoParte contains no advertising, tracking SDKs, third-party analytics, or AI services. We do not sell your data or use it to train models. An optional technical diagnostic can be exported manually to Files with app/system version, record counts and storage warning flags; it contains no customer content, purchase transactions or identifiers. It does not certify QA tests. Nothing is sent automatically. Apple may separately collect diagnostics according to your device settings.
Purchases
Apple processes monthly and annual subscriptions through the App Store. Historical lifetime purchases remain recognized and restorable; they are no longer offered. ListoParte reads verified StoreKit entitlements to enable Pro. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple handles your purchase history under its own privacy policy. Local month keys and identifiers of unlocked visits are stored to apply five new free reports per local calendar month. Previews do not consume quota; the first successful archive of a new free visit does. Re-exporting and revising an unlocked visit remain free. Intro preferences, identifiers of visits shared and review request dates are kept only on this device to personalise the start and limit review prompts.
Sharing and backups
PDF reports and backup files leave the app only when you choose to export or share them through the system interface. The destination service then handles that copy under its own terms. Backups include client details, photos, signatures, private notes and retained drafts. Encryption is recommended and selected by default: AES-GCM with a password-derived key (PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256, 600,000 iterations). The password is not stored, transmitted or recoverable by ListoParte. Readable exports require an explicit warning and confirmation. Each archive is checked before restoration. The last confirmed Files export date and an optional reminder dismissal date are stored locally; preparation alone does not count as a completed backup. Your device’s backup service may include local app data according to your Apple settings. ListoParte does not provide cross-device sync.
Directions
When you choose Directions, ListoParte passes the selected address to Apple Maps. ListoParte does not request or access your location. Maps handles that request under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
Control and retention
You can edit or delete visits and photos, export your data, or delete all local work data from My business → Data. A photo or logo used by an archived revision remains with that revision until you delete its visit or all work data. Current edits do not rewrite historical documents. Files in an active preview or backup remain temporarily retained until it finishes. Delete all work data also removes local migration/recovery copies and replaces the transaction checkpoint. Copies you previously exported, shared or backed up must be managed separately. Local month keys and lists of unlocked report identifiers are retained when deleting work data so the free allowance is not reset. The last review request date is also retained to avoid repeated prompts. Purchases are managed by Apple. Deleting data or the app does not cancel a subscription.
Your clients’ information
Only record information, images and signatures you are authorised to use. Signatures require explicit consent and are optional. They are not qualified electronic signatures or independent certification. Private notes stay out of PDFs but are included in full backups. A failed autosave keeps a protected local draft where storage is available and reports any failure to preserve it. You decide what client information appears in reports and who receives it. ListoParte is a documentation tool; it does not certify work, resolve disputes or provide legal advice.
Policy changes
